The Advisor
Founder of C-Suite Consulting Inc. and a seasoned executive in the Canadian property & casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
Martin-Eric Tremblay has spent thirty years in the Canadian property & casualty insurance industry, in senior executive roles at two of the country's largest insurers. His career spans marketing, underwriting, operations, and distribution — a rare path that runs across the entire value chain of a P&C carrier.
He served as Executive Vice-President, National P&C Products, and President, Quebec Operations, at Co-operators, where he led product strategy and operating performance for the Quebec operations of one of the country's largest mutual insurers.
He also served, on two separate occasions during his career, as Senior Vice-President, Quebec and Atlantic Canada, at Aviva Canada — a role he returned to after an earlier tenure, a sign of the organization's renewed confidence in his leadership of its Eastern Canada markets.
Holder of the Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation, awarded by The Directors College (McMaster University), he pairs deep operational experience with rigorous training in board governance — a distinctive asset for the organizations that engage his services.
In 2019, he founded C-Suite Consulting Inc., the vehicle through which he now brings that dual expertise — executive leadership and governance — to insurers, brokers, managing general agents, and boards of directors facing strategic, operational, or leadership-transition challenges.

Approach
C-Suite Consulting operates as a human-scale advisory practice: every engagement — whether a governance matter, a distribution strategy review, or a transitional leadership role — is handled directly by Martin-Eric Tremblay. This approach favours confidentiality, continuity, and direct access to executive-level experience over a larger consulting structure.
